Phil Hawkins

Phil Hawkins was appointed to the Board in February of 2010.

He is the Executive Vice President for the Pacific West Association of Realtors and a member of the Yorba Linda Water District’s Citizen Advisory Committee.   Mr. Hawkins has also served on the City of Yorba Linda’s Blue Ribbon Committee and has coached Little League Baseball and JUSA Soccer.

Director Hawkins holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
