Starting Service

To establish water service with Yorba Linda Water District, please call the Customer Service Department during business hours: (714) 701-3000.  

The customer service office is open Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please allow 24 hours notice to have new service established to your residence.

Service can be established on the weekends and holidays, but an after-hours fee will be charged.

Deposits
If an account becomes delinquent and is subject to a shutoff, a deposit of $225 will be collected at that time. All security deposits are held in non-interest bearing accounts. The deposit will be refunded and applied against a future water bill after 12 months of timely payments. If a bill is paid late, the 12 month period will reset. If the account is closed during the 12 month period, the security deposit is applied to the closing bill and/or the balance refunded to the applicant.
