About Your Bill - Prior to April 2009
District billing is done on a monthly cycle, with meter reads every other month. Water use is totaled and divided, giving you two monthly bills.
Each billing cycle gives customers 27 days to make payment. On the 28th day a new bill is generated, moving any unpaid balance into the "Prior Billing" area. This next bill extends the past due amounts an additional 16 days and has no late charges associated with it.
You will see in the "Important Message" area that dates and fees are specifically listed to inform you that you will have those added is payment is not received.

Your Bills After April 2009
District billing is still done on a monthly cycle, but the meter reads will be done every month. You will receive a statement within 7 days of the actual meter reading period. There will no longer be the delay of up to 45 days between your "Statement Date" and the "Billing Period'. This reading change will allow for early leak detection and greater customer control of water usage.
