On January 12, 2017 the Yorba Linda Water District (YLWD) Board of Directors voted to recruit citizens to serve on a new voluntary ad hoc advisory committee for the purpose of reviewing the District’s rate structure.  The Ad Hoc Committee, instead of focusing on general water issues in the State and local community, will identify key issues, research alternative solutions and make recommendations to the District on topics related to rate structures and/or rate setting.  Once the Ad Hoc Committee has completed and submitted a final report or recommendation on the area of assignment, the Ad Hoc Committee is disbanded. The Committee does not set regulations or policies for the District.

On March 1, 2017, the Board appointed the following individuals to the Ad Hoc Committee:

Dennis Anderson Finance
Lindon Baker Small Business Owner
Jeffrey Decker Professor
Kent Ebinger Real Estate Sales
Terry Harris Attorney
Frederick Hebein Engineer
Pamela Hymel Physician
